Measles exposure at Lansing gas station

LANSING (WLNS) – Two more cases of measles have been confirmed in Southeast Michigan, according to the state department of Health and Human Services.

One of the exposure locations is in Lansing at the Speedway Gas Station at 6041 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. The person was at the business between the hours of 11 p.m. – 1 a.m. on April 11.

Health department officials say the person is not from the Lansing area but did stop at the gas station while passing through town.

The new cases brings the state total to 42 for 2019.
